    Starting from humble beginnings in Dunedin, Cook Brothers Construction has grown substantially over the last fifteen years. We are currently made up of 185+ team members across Southern Lakes, Canterbury, Otago and Auckland and operate under a strong “one team” culture.

    About the Role

    Assisting the Site Manager, this role is responsible for helping drive our build team on the tools to produce quality work and maintain a great culture on site.

    • Lead, coach and support the build team and trade partners on site
    • Monitoring and maintaining levels of quality
    • Leading the way on the Tools
    • Ordering Materials
    • Ensuring the site is clean and tidy
    • Monitoring Zero Harm Health and Safety

    Experience and Skills Required

    • 5+ years’ post qualification experience in New Zealand or Australia preferred
    • NZ Trade qualification in Carpentry
    • Commercial build experience
    • Proven ability to deliver on quality and high-level customer satisfaction
    • Great communicator
    • Innovative
    • Problem Solver
    • Ability to work well in team
