About the Role
Assisting the Site Manager, this role is responsible for helping drive our build team on the tools to produce quality work and maintain a great culture on site.
Lead, coach and support the build team and trade partners on site
Monitoring and maintaining levels of quality
Leading the way on the Tools
Ensuring the site is clean and tidy
Monitoring Zero Harm Health and Safety
Experience and Skills Required
5+ years’ post qualification experience in New Zealand or Australia preferred
NZ Trade qualification in Carpentry
Commercial build experience
Proven ability to deliver on quality and high-level customer satisfaction
Ability to work well in team
